Challenge
The purpose was to establish a unified, contemporary identity that accurately represented NIWL’s expanding mission and broad spectrum of workforce development initiatives. Additionally, it was essential to ensure the rebrand appealed to both government and educational sectors, clearly conveying the Institute’s influence on workforce education and growth.
Approach
My role in brand adaptation was to shape the overall creative vision to align with its parent organization and guide the development of a cohesive, modern identity that reflects the Institute's mission. I led a team in crafting visuals and messaging that resonated with key stakeholders, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms.

Challenge
The need to successfully adapt the brand to NIWL’s web presence was the focus of this work. Ensuring that the comprehensive style guide and brand components were carried through to the website remained at the forefront.
Approach
I led the web team in the overall creative vision of the website to align the visuals to the newly established NIWL brand and provided the WordPress development and CMS customization of the site itself. The end result was an easy-to-navigate product that allowed users to easily search and find the resources they were seeking.
